It's called the "power hub," and it is used for a wide range of mixer attachments.Nutmeg: We grated one nutmeg berry on the fine holes of each box grater and each rasp or zester to see how easily teeth cut through the hard flesh of the berry. We also tested how well we were able to zest around the lemon’s curves. We looked for graters that produced zest fine enough to blend easily into a vinaigrette or lemon meringue pie and docked points from those that dug into the lemon’s bitter white pith. Lemon: We zested one lemon on the fine holes of each box grater, as well as with each rasp or zester.Again, we looked for undesirable crumbling, shearing, and messiness, as well as uniform shred size and shape. Pecorino: We shredded 1 ounce of Pecorino using the fine holes on each box grater, and using each rasp grater or zester. We also considered whether cheese flew off the face of the grater and made a mess. We paid attention to whether cheese passed through the grater easily, creating even shreds, or if it crumbled into uneven blobs or sheared (broke into larger chunks that are then harder to shred).

Next thing I know the manager threw the plate of sushi at the wall and started yelling back at the customer. Case closed you would think.nope! The manager then walked off and and I do believe the customer at this point said something about the managers attitude and how it was disrespectful. The customer said just give me my bill for my drink and I will leave. Everyone around has stopped enjoying their dinner and watching this as a spectator sport. The poor guy cooking is trying to cook our food and get the heck out of the way. Now mind you this manager is at our table yelling back and forth with this customer while all her customers are watching things unfold. The lady in the group then said something in the line of "you people" back to the manager. Did she mean "you people" as in trouble, or "you people" as in trying to get out of paying, or did she mean "you people" as in black? About this time I was thinking oh heck this is about to get real. The manager then said she was tired or "you people". I couldn't help but to overhear since I was the closest to the other group. The lady began to state that she wasn't going to pay for something that she didn't eat. The waitress then had the manager come out to our table and told the lady she would have to pay for the dish since it was ordered. She declined the dish and didn't want to be charged. Nothing out of the norm except she thought it would be fried. of sushi, which was completely raw when brought out. One lady from the other group ordered some type. Really liked the 15 foot crocodile display, talk about Huge! When we left the museum we both agreed that we were amazed at how much the museum had to display and that from the outside it looked small but inside is big. This is a big exhibit and is the history of the role the rive has played in the evolving life, cultures, societies, businesses etc. We were really impressed with the Chattahoochee Legacy exhibit. We also saw the art of local artist Marth Clippinger, as well as their display of Portraits in Profile, and so much more. When I read about him in the exhibit, I immediately thought of the 2006 movie Flyboys. One of those was Eugen Bullard who flew for the French in WWI. There was an exhibit of the history of local African Americans as well as those who had called Columbus their home at some point. It told the story of not just the war, but how the town responded: the founding, relocating of then Camp Benning, local men who enlisted and served, women who joined the Red Cross, Navy, Army to serve, I especially enjoyed the WWI display they had. I went with a friend and we both really enjoyed the visit. We were a little bit sloppy, a little bit lackadaisical in our passing details,” Hines said about his halftime speech. “I told them at halftime that we need to be better on the ball. Most importantly, the hosts had a two-goal lead. The Pride had more first-half possession (57.2%-42.8%), corners (6-4), crosses (16-10), and passing accuracy (71.8%-67.4%), but the Dash had more shots (6-4) and shots on target (3-0). The Mexican international was between the two Pride center backs and found enough space to take a shot, but Moorhouse did well to get down and make the stop, keeping the halftime deficit at two goals. The hosts had one last first-half opportunity in the 43rd minute when Alozie found Ordonez at the top of the box. Michelle □ Alozie □ /BAl8LYRBzL- National Women’s Soccer League June 4, 2023 Moorhouse did well to come out and challenge the forward, but the flag went up for offside anyway. The midfielder played to Maria Sanchez on the left, who continued it forward to Ordonez. The Dash appeared to have a great opportunity in the 28th minute when Villacorta gave the ball up in her own third to Joelle Anderson. However, the Brazilian lost the ball at the top of the box before she could get a shot off. She found Tymrak in the center circle, who played it forward for Adriana. The Pride almost had a chance in the 20th minute when Montefusco made a good run into the midfield, breaking the Houston press. Montefusco did well to close down the attacker, deflecting the shot into the hands of Moorhouse. The forward had Ordonez wide open in the middle of the box, but decided to take it herself. The Dash had a great chance in the 17th minute when Madril gave the ball away to the pressuring Alozie. Unfortunately, she got under the ball and sent it over the target. The striker had her back to the goal, but did well to turn and get off a first-touch shot. She reached the ball before it went out of play, sending it to the penalty spot where Bright was waiting. Adriana was sent down the right and towards the end line. It was a foot race between Ordonez and Moorhouse to the ball, with the Pride goalkeeper reaching it just before the attacker outside of the box.Ī minute later, the Pride had their first good chance of the game. They nearly doubled their advantage in the ninth minute when Sophie Schmidt sent Diana Ordonez behind the Pride back line. The space race has liftoff □ /BLp4WUPutW- National Women’s Soccer League June 4, 2023 Maria's friends urged her to follow through with the plan, but she hesitated due to her fear of losing the family home and belongings. The investigation was dropped after Maria assured the case worker that she intended to begin divorce proceedings against József and that she and Judith were going to move into a Panorama City apartment she had recently rented as a daytime haven from him. In May 1988, after breaking down in front of her agent, Ruth Hansen, Barsi was taken by Maria to a child psychologist, who identified severe physical and emotional abuse and reported her findings to child protective services. As a result of her abuse, Barsi began gaining weight and developed compulsive behaviors, such as plucking out her eyelashes, and pulling out her cat's whiskers (see trichotillomania). The physical violence continued, with Barsi telling a friend that her father threw pots and pans at her, resulting in a nosebleed. He also reportedly hid a telegram informing Maria that a relative in Hungary had died, in an attempt to prevent her from leaving the United States with Judith. His various threats included cutting their throats as well as burning down the house. Īfter the incident with the police, József reportedly stopped drinking, but continued to threaten Maria and Judith. After the police found no physical signs of abuse, she decided not to press charges against him. In December 1986, Maria reported his threats and physical violence toward her to the police. His drinking led to three arrests for drunk driving. Her agent Ruth Hansen was quoted in the Los Angeles Times as saying that when she was ten, "she was still playing 7, 8." Abuse and deathĪs Barsi's career success increased, her father József, an alcoholic, became increasingly angry and would routinely threaten to kill himself, his wife and daughter. Her petiteness led casting directors to cast her as children that were younger than her actual age. As she was short for her age-she stood 3 ft 8 in (112 cm) at age 10 -she began receiving hormone injections at UCLA to encourage her growth. As well as her career in television, she appeared in several films, including Jaws: The Revenge, and provided the voices of Ducky in The Land Before Time, and Anne-Marie in All Dogs Go to Heaven.īy the time she started fourth grade, Barsi was earning an estimated $100,000 per year (equivalent to $247,000 in 2022), which helped her family buy a three-bedroom house in West Hills, Los Angeles. She went on to appear in more than seventy commercials and guest roles on television. Barsi's first role was in Fatal Vision, playing Kimberley MacDonald. Maria Barsi began preparing her daughter to become an actress when Judith was five. The two immigrated at different times and met at a restaurant in California, where Maria worked as a waitress. who fled the Hungarian People's Republic following the 1956 uprising. Early lifeīarsi was born in Los Angeles County, California, on June 6, 1978, the daughter of József Istvan Barsi and Maria Barsi (née Virovacz), both immigrants to the U.S. She and her mother, Maria, were killed in July 1988 in a double murder–suicide committed in their home by her father, József Barsi. She also provided the voices of Ducky in The Land Before Time and Anne-Marie in All Dogs Go to Heaven. She began her career in television, making appearances in commercials and television series, as well as the 1987 film Jaws: The Revenge. Judith Eva Barsi (J– July 25, 1988) was an American child actress. Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, California, U.S. Now I just use a mini PC (Cubi) and play them directly that way. But that isn't how it works so I dropped it. I should be able to tell it to always use 8 and 10mbps streams to reduce image quality loss during the transcode process. This is retarded, plex should not need to worry about bitrate optimization during real time transcodes and instead try to preserve image quality over the network. Again this is a significant reduction in quality from the source which while 480p and may still use a good bitrate of 2-4mbps is now forced into a real-time bitrate of 1mbps or less. At the same time if the video source is a 480p file, like many of my even older anime was, plex only offers the 480p profiles which are low bitrate, designed for streaming over the internet and to mobile phones and devices. So in effect I had 720p anime shows that were at such a low bitrate that when plex had to transcode it only allowed 480p profiles. Not only does this yield a reduction in image quality because now it is a "real time" compressed 2mbps stream, but at around the 2mbps mark anything lower and PLEX switches to 480p profiles only. So while the native bitrate of 2Mbps of the original file may look great, when plex needs to transcode it will only do so using its own profiles that are 2mbps or less. If you have watched anime fansubs you may have noticed they have a lot of skilled encoders who are able to yield good image quality out of low bitrates utilizing tailored settings and slow compression options. I've tried restarting plex/computer, he's turned his TV off and on, we've tried to find something that can direct play just to see what works but haven't had any luck, we've made sure to disable subtitles entirely, and none of the files have changed since I added them to plex, so it's not like the original was compatible and now this isn't.What is the resolution, and importantly what is the actual bitrate of those TV shows? I ended up dropping plex as a main way of viewing my anime collection because it will NOT transcode at a higher bitrate then the source material. All the pictures are here to view, including the bit of the logs relating to Sonic 2. I managed to get the logs of him trying to play Sonic 2 recently, but I can't figure out what's going on with it and why it's not working. The really weird thing is that a few months ago he watched Sonic 2 on his TV through Plex without issue, and now when he tries, it fails, with the error "Direct play was attempted but failed, falling back to transcoding" (see attached image library here which has all the playbacks happening in Tautulli to see what's going on) This time the audio got transcoded to OPUS with the same error as the first item ("Direct play was attempted but failed, falling back to transcoding"), which was super weird. I got him to play Doctor Strange 2, which is AAC, but this time the transcode reason was "Unable to direct play as AAC not supported on this device", and I noticed the audio was being transcoded from AAC to AC3, so I got him to play Adventure Time Ep1 with AC3. I haven't updated any files or anything either.įirst I got him to play Lightyear, and in the playback info under transcode reason, it said "Direct play was attempted but failed, falling back to transcoding" - I thought due to the audio format being EAC3 the TV may not like that. He hasn't updated his settings (he's tech savvy enough about it) and has Plex running on Android TV with maximum quality settings enabled. Unfortunately my Plex PC isn't powerful enough to handle transcoding like this, and so he can't watch anything at the moment. It seems like it's trying to transcode everything he plays instead of direct playing (or direct stream). One of my friends has had no issues with it whatsoever, but recently, nothing has been playing right any more. I only have a few friends and family using it, so nothing crazy. So, 4K contents not matching the above properties will be transcoded to 1080p by Plex. However, Plex HEVC transcoding errors happen often. Often the case, Plex won’t play HEVC MKV, 4K HEVC 60fps, HEVC 10-bit, etc., and you need some help to solve this. So, bit of back story - I've had my server up for about a year now and it's been great. Why Plex Won’t Play HEVC/H.265 Plex Wont Play 4K HEVC/H.265 Files Reason 1.
